Sweet Grass Dairy Georgia Gouda


Georgia Gouda is a raw cow's milk cheese that is aged more than 60 days. This cheese has a deep yellow color, is very dense yet creamy, and has an initial tart, tangy flavor which slowly fades to a smooth finish with some sweetness.

As you may know, the state of Georgia is known for its peaches and pecans which pair beautifully with Georgia Gouda. Or, serve this cheese with dark breads, almonds, and fresh fruit on a cheese board. Georgia Gouda is also a great melting cheese, ideal for fondue or on a burger.

Ingredients: Unpasteurized grass-based cow’s milk, cultures, traditional rennet, sea salt.
